- Cancellation requests must be submitted through your client dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Services can be cancelled at any time, but cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid charges.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to provide quality services, and your satisfaction is important to us. Our general refund terms are as follows:
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to first-time shared hosting and domain purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
- Refunds are only available for first-time customers. Renewals are not eligible for a refund.
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable once purchased.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain names (after registration)
- Custom development work
- Setup or migration fees
- License purchases (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, etc.)
