4. Payment and Billing

• Prepayment: Services must be paid for in advance.
• Autorenewal: Unless canceled, services will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.
• Late Payment: Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Domain Payments: Domain registrations are non-refundable and subject to separate terms.
• Fraud: Fraudulent transactions will be reported and may lead to account termination.
• Invoice Disputes: Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Resource Usage

Users must not exceed the allocated resources for their hosting plan. Excessive usage may lead to additional charges or service restrictions.

6. Uptime Guarantee

Afrack strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages are excluded from this guarantee.

7. Content

You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your account. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal materials, hate speech, and malicious software.

8. Compliance with Applicable Law

Users must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to their use of Afrack's services.

9. Third-Party Products and Services

Afrack may offer third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the performance or support of these third-party offerings.

10. Compatibility with Services

Users are responsible for ensuring that their software and applications are compatible with Afrack's hosting environment.

11. Store and WordPress Plugins

Users may install third-party plugins at their own risk. Afrack is not responsible for plugin compatibility or security issues.

12. Coupons

Promotional coupons are subject to terms and may be discontinued at Afrack's discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

Afrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Afrack harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our services.

15. Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties.

16. Independent Contractor

The relationship between Afrack and users is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership or agency relationship.
